The City of Yale Police DepartmentGun Permits
Gun permits are processed by the Chief of Police and can only be issued to City of Yale residents. Township residents must contact the County Sheriff in Port Huron.

Snow Ordinance
The City wide snow ordinance is effective December, January, February and March.

It is unlawful of any person, firm or corporation to park any motor vehicle on the travel portion of paved streets or the paved right of way of said streets between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6 a.m. Those in violation of this ordinance will receive a fine of $50.

All parking ordinance violations are paid to the City of Yale at City Hall.
